Kathy Gottsacker Kathy heads a new department created to enhance the overall food experience of our customers and associates. Kathy, determined to improve upon meal preparation franchises, became involved with Meal Creations as a way to allow busy families to eat diverse, exciting, economical meals taking advantage of Schnucks unrivaled products and ingredients, our fine, accomplished chefs, and their outstanding original recipes that are easy to assemble and prepare.

With a degree in home economics, Kathy opened her own cooking school in San Antonio. Kathy, a local San Antonio television personality, was soon recruited by a large Texas grocery chain to launch and manage a cooking school for Central Market—an upscale fresh-market operation.
Rosanne Toroian Rosanne joined the Schnucks culinary team after her tenure at Good Housekeeping in New York. As associate food editor, she created the quick, healthy, and reliable recipes that reached 25 million readers monthly. A St. Louis native and graduate of Washington University and the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan, Rosanne was hired by Schnucks to collaborate with their talented chefs to invent recipes that will wow Meal Creations guests and their families with diverse and unique entrées featuring Schnucks exceptional ingredients.

Mike Carroll Before accepting a position at Schnucks, Mike earned years of experience as the executive chef for a major restaurant group that owns numerous high-end restaurants across the country. At Schnucks, Chef Mike teamed up with the Meal Creations team to perfect his favorite recipes. He not only develops the prepared foods menu, he is an expert on current food trends and specializes in creating the final touches before these mouth-watering dishes are served at your dinner table.

Scott Drake After earning a Cordon Bleu degree, Scott opened his own catering company in St. Louis. After 14 years in business, Chef Scott joined Schnucks to head their prepared foods department to create dozens of original savory and sweet menu items. Many of Chef Scott’s tried-and-true secret recipes are the inspiration for Meal Creations entrées and side dishes.

Jeannie Eisenberg
Jeannie also hails from Central Market in San Antonio. As their food ambassador, she spread her passion and enthusiasm to customers through creatively coordinating in-store demonstrations and special events to inform their consumers about Central Market’s products and specialty foods. Jeannie utilizes these talents to develop similar programs and services designed to educate Schnucks shoppers about our superior ingredients and high-quality equipment, and how to transform these into recipes customers will love. At Schnucks, her culinary expertise and comprehensive food knowledge serves to inspire Meal Creations recipes.
